Appointment Requirements Moving Forward in Compliance with CDC and NV State Board of Cosmetology:
Dear Valued Guests,
I hope to get back to a new normal and offering many of the added value services and extras you have come to enjoy, but for the time being, the following protocols must be upheld in order to provide guests and stylists with a clean, safe salon environment. They will continue to be refined and adjusted as needed, and I will keep you informed every step of the way. Thank you in advance for your patience, support and understanding of our current situation. I miss each of you dearly, and I am looking forward to seeing you, safely, again. I ask that you familiarize yourself with the information below in an attempt to make our time together run as smoothly as possible.
Current cancellation fees will be explained below, however, if you are feeling ill the day of your appointment, please let me know and the cancellation fee will be waived. Both of our health is important to me. I am fully vaccinated. Know I am taking every precaution necessary to protect you in the salon beyond my already stringent practices. This includes wearing PPE, sterilizing my reusable equipment with UV light and Barbicide, disinfecting my station before and after each guest, using a new cape with every guest, never reusing towels and immediately discarding all single use items.

All guests will be required to read and sign this a release form before attending their appointment. I will text you the link 24 hours before your appointment to electronically sign.
YOU AGREE:
- You have not traveled outside of Las Vegas in the last 14 days
- You have not tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days
- You are not currently showing known symptoms or feeling unwell
- You have not been exposed to anyone displaying known symptoms/positive testing
- You understand the risks and relinquish HEX Hair Studio & Brittney D’Anelli of all liability in the event you fall ill post appointment
1. Please arrive to your appointment 5-10 MINUTES EARLY. This is the required time it will take to walk you though the new protocols and properly consult with you for your appointment.
2. Guests must arrive to their appointments alone. No exceptions.
3. Guests must wait in their car until I text you and confirm entry.
4. Guests must sanitize or wash their hands before sitting down.
5. All guests must wear *ear looped* face masks. No exceptions. If you are using a re-usable cloth mask and are receiving a color service, please know it will get stained.

I know these rules and protocols will vastly change our time together, and trust me, it’s harder for me to work this way. I hope you know how much I appreciate your willingness to cooperate with me as I navigate through a difficult time for our industry.
I am here for you, and I am willing to work as long as the above requests are taken seriously and are respected. I reserve the right to turn you away if you do not, along with charging the appropriate cancellation fees to reimburse my time and costs. I know with proper communication and thorough protocols we can return to a less strict salon life as we near vaccinations and treatment for COVID19. Until then, this is how we must cope.
